按顺序排查
运行版本检查，确认当前认证方式，退出并重新登录；企业环境同时核对代理、证书和工作区策略。不要把 token 贴到 Issue。
仍失败时
用空目录复现并记录时间、平台和脱敏错误；搜索同版本 Issue 后再提交，避免把账号隐私公开。
